Talent acquisition and workforce development company Peerro announced today the appointment of Holly Kerschensteiner-Logan as Chief Revenue Officer. This new role signals the next phase of growth for the company. Since its inception, Peerro has offered a mobile-first hiring platform, partnering with non-profits, schools and governmental agencies to help employers hire youth looking for jobs with a path to higher wage opportunities. The company is accelerating its reach, now also helping companies position themselves through employer brand marketing and messaging that is more relevant to the segment of 14- to 24-year-olds.
Kerschensteiner-Logan joins Peerro, after having held senior sales leadership roles with Equifax and Paycor, setting up new lines of business, working directly and through sales teams to sell payroll/HR, talent acquisition and workforce management SaaS solutions to U.S. companies small and large. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Xavier University. For over a decade, she’s been actively engaged with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Peerro founder Rachel Angel cites the importance of this addition. “I am happy to welcome Holly to the company. Her track record of driving net new business, paired with her firsthand experience through being a Big Sister, gives her perspective relative to our market. She’s also an incredible team builder. Excited to have such a talented leader helping to scale Peerro to benefit companies and the young people they hire.”
“I am thrilled to be at Peerro,” said Holly Kerschensteiner-Logan. My personal mission for mentoring our inner-city youth and helping remove obstacles just collided with my passion for leading people, developing a staff, and driving results for an organization. A win-win for all.”
